• 5 Points on Gross Revenue:

  • The producer receives 5% of gross revenue generated by the song in perpetuity.

  • This includes income from streaming, sales, licensing, and any other revenue sources.

• Sync & Master Revenue Sharing:

  • The producer retains ownership of the beat’s master recording.

  • If the song is licensed for TV, movies, or ads, revenue is split 50/50 between the buyer and the producer.

• Exclusivity:

  • The buyer has exclusive rights to use the beat for their song.

  • The buyer may not resell or sublicense the beat.

  • The producer retains the right to use the beat for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolios, showcases).

• License Expiration:

  • If the buyer does not release or use the song within 12 months, the license will expire, and all rights will revert to the producer.

  • The license fee is non-refundable.

When an artist purchases an Exclusive License (Beat + Vocals) from Beats La Musica, they gain the right to use the beat and the written & recorded vocals by a Beats La Musica artist in their song under the terms outlined in the agreement. The artist will receive all necessary files for professional production, including track-outs, stems, and high-quality WAV files.

This license grants the artist the exclusive right to distribute, sell, and monetize the song while ensuring fair compensation for all parties involved.

 

Beats La Musica Exclusive License (Beat + Written & Recorded Vocals) Terms:

• $10,000 USD: One-time fee for an exclusive license to the beat and vocals.

• Files Provided: The buyer will receive all Track/Stem/WAV files for both the beat & recorded vocals.

• Songwriting & Publishing Credit:

  • The producer and Beats La Musica artist receive 50% combined songwriting credit as co-writers of the song.

  • Beats La Musica retains 50% publishing credit, ensuring fair compensation when the song generates royalties.

• 10 Points on Gross Revenue:

  • Beats La Musica receives 10% of gross revenue generated by the song in perpetuity.

  • This includes income from streaming, sales, licensing, and other revenue sources.

• Sync and Master Revenue Sharing:

  • Beats La Musica retains ownership of the master recording.

  • If the song is licensed for synchronization opportunities (e.g., TV, movies, ads), revenue is split 50/50 between the artist and Beats La Musica.

• Exclusivity:

  • The buyer receives exclusive rights to use the beat & vocals for their song.

  • The buyer may not resell, transfer, or sublicense the beat or vocals to a third party.

  • Beats La Musica retains the right to use the beat & vocals for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website samples, etc.).

• License Expiration:

  • The buyer must release or commercially use the song within 12 months of purchase.

  • If the song is not released within that time, the license will expire, and all rights will revert back to Beats La Musica.

  • The license fee is non-refundable.

The buyer will receive all necessary files for professional production, including track-outs, stems, written lyrics, and a cadence reference track demonstrating how the lyrics are to be performed.

This license allows the artist to record, distribute, and monetize their song under agreed-upon terms while ensuring the producer and songwriter receive proper compensation.

 

Exclusive License Terms:

• $8,500 USD – One-time payment for exclusive use of the beat and lyrics.

• Files Provided: The buyer receives all Track/Stem/WAV files, the written lyrics, and a cadence reference track for guidance.

• 50% Writers Credit:

  • The songwriter receives 50% credit as a co-writer of the song.

• 50% Publishing Credit:

  • The producer and songwriter share 50% of publishing royalties, ensuring fair compensation whenever the song generates publishing income.

• 8 Points on Gross Revenue:

  • The producer and songwriter receive 8% of gross revenue generated by the song in perpetuity.
