Beats La Musica Exclusive License Terms:

- $5000 USD: One-time fee for an exclusive license to the beat.

- Files Provided: The buyer will receive all Track/Stem/WAV files of the beat.

- 50% Writers Credit: 
  - The producer receives full credit as a co-writer of the song.

​

- 50% Publishing Credit: 
  - The producer shares 50% of the publishing royalties, acknowledging their contribution to the composition.
  - This ensures the producer receives their share of royalties whenever the song is performed, licensed, or generates        publishing income.

- 5 Points on Gross Revenue: 
  - The producer receives 5% of gross revenue generated by the song in perpetuity.
  - This includes revenue from streaming, sales, licensing, and other income sources, ensuring ongoing compensation      for the producer.

- Sync and Master Revenue Sharing:
  - The producer retains ownership of the beat’s master recording.
  - If the song is licensed for synchronization opportunities (e.g., TV, movies, ads), the revenue generated is split 50/50      between the producer and the artist.

- Exclusivity:
  - The buyer receives exclusive license rights to use the beat for their song but may not resell or sublicense the beat.
  - The producer retains the right to use the beat for personal promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, etc).

- License Expiration:
  - If the buyer fails to release or use the song within 12 months of purchase, the license will expire, and all rights will        revert to the producer.
