Welcome to Beats La Musica—a platform owned and operated by Beats La Musica Global, LLC in partnership with Southeastern Music Foundation. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beats La Musica website (the “Site”) and all related services, including exclusive video content, subscription access, beat downloads, and merchandise sales. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Site.

1. Overview of Services
Beats La Musica provides:

- Exclusive Video Content: Available through a subscription paywall for $0.99 per month.
- Completed Beats: Available for free play while on the Site and for paid download at $1.29 per beat.
- Merchandise Sales: Digital and physical merchandise available for purchase.
- Permissions for Paid Downloads: Paid beat downloads include a personal use license, as outlined in these Terms.

2. Subscription Access
- Fee: Access to exclusive video content is provided through a monthly subscription for $0.99.
- Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize           recurring charges to your payment method.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the     end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the billing cycle ends.

3. Beats for Free Play and Paid Download
- Free Play: Beats available for free play can only be streamed on the Site. They may not be downloaded, shared, or       used in any other way.

- Paid Downloads: Each beat is available for $1.29 and includes a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable                 license** for **personal use only**.

 

Permitted Uses:
  - Downloading and storing the beat on personal devices.
  - Listening to the beat offline for personal enjoyment.

Prohibited Uses:
  - Modifying, remixing, or altering the beat.
  - Using the beat in any song, recording, video, or media project.
  - Distributing, reselling, sharing, or uploading the beat to any platform.
  - Using the beat for any commercial, promotional, or public purpose.

Ownership & Rights:
  - The licensor (Beats La Musica) retains full ownership of the beat and all associated copyrights.
  - The user does **not** acquire any rights to publish, perform, monetize, or claim ownership of the beat.

License Term & Termination:
  - The personal use license remains valid unless the user violates any of these terms.
  - Any breach of the agreement results in an **immediate termination** of the license, requiring the user to delete all      copies of the beat.

No Warranties & Liability:
  - The beat is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of availability or compatibility.
  - Beats La Musica is not liable for any technical issues or damages related to the download or playback of the beat.

By downloading a beat from Beats La Musica, users **agree to these terms**. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and account suspension.

4. Merchandise Sales
- Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions but cannot guarantee exact matches in color,        design, or appearance.
- Order Fulfillment: Digital merchandise is delivered upon purchase. Physical merchandise is shipped to the address       provided at checkout.
- Returns & Refunds: All sales are final unless a physical item is defective. Defective items may be exchanged within        14 days of receipt.
